Czech & Polish Speaking Customer Advisor

We are looking for a Strategic Advisor to join a top global company in the heavy vehicle and transport industry. This job is for people who know that in the logistics world, the most important goal is keeping trucks on the road and moving.

You will work in the industrial city of Ghent, Belgium, representing a famous engineering company. You will be the main person connecting our advanced vehicle technology with the international businesses that keep the world's supply chain running.

The Role: Supporting Global TransportIn this position, you do more than just basic customer service. You give technical advice and custom solutions to large fleet owners and specialized vehicle shops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hybrid Work: Enjoy a balanced schedule by working four days at our modern Ghent office and one day from home.


• Professional Talking: Handle important requests over the phone and online while keeping our reputation for safety and quality high.


• Problem Solving: Study complex logistics and service issues to find the best solutions for our business partners.


• Teamwork: Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to keep operations running smoothly and information correct.


• Paid Training: We offer full professional training. You do not need an engineering or mechanical background; we will teach you everything you need to know to become an expert.

• Language Skills: You must speak both Czech and Polish at a native or near\-native level.

• Computer Skills: You are comfortable using complex software programs and multiple digital tools at the same time.


• Shift Work: You are able to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule to provide non\-stop support to our global clients.
