Customer Support Agent
We are searching for a Customer Support Agent (Student or a candidate on sabbatical leave)
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde . We are proud of working with technical solutions that are vital for Denmark’s financial infrastructure. At BEC, you will become an expert supporting net\- and mobile\-banking services. You will be part of the Customer Service team in IT Management. Your direct manager will be Nadeem Nielsen
Primary task and responsibilities:

In the position as Customer Support Agent, you will work closely with operations and developers to ensure stable functionality across BEC systems. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Highly effective inbound calls and answering often over 60 calls/mails daily.
- Guiding customers in using their net\- and mobile bank services/apps.
- Contribute with team basis sharing knowledge.

- Basic understanding of IT\-systems, apps and net banking.
- Communication in fluent Danish (a must) and English both orally and written.
- Ability to handle assignments within deadlines.
- Adaptable work mindset.
- Desire to deliver the best support experiences, have great patience and can radiate positive energy through the phone.
- Team player attitude and smiling comes easy for you.
Preferably, you have an educational background at least at High School level with an understanding of user interaction and IT.
This position is primarily suited for students. You need to have a student card to apply for the position and your contract expires when the student card is no longer valid. Alternative a candidate on sabbatical leave would also be considered.
With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must be somewhat fluent in English. The position is based at Havsteensvej 4, 4000 Roskilde. You will report to the manager of Customer Service, Nadeem Nielsen.
