Customer Success Manager – Global B2B Media

12-Month Fixed Term | Global Role | Start: 1 October 2026

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international B2B media, data and intelligence business with a global client base spanning more than 190 countries.

Reporting to the Global Customer Success Manager, you'll take a key role in managing and developing the Customer Success function, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience across media, digital, data and events.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Finance and Events, while leading a small global team and helping shape the future of the Customer Success operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small global Customer Success team


• Manage end-to-end advertising, digital media and lead-generation campaigns


• Drive client retention, renewals and account growth


• Oversee campaign delivery, performance and optimisation


• Improve processes, systems and customer experience


• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Subscriptions and Events


• Manage webcasts, podcasts, suppliers and freelancers


• Develop training, onboarding and team development


• Support strategic projects with senior leadership


• Monitor KPIs, costs and campaign profitability

We're looking for:

• Customer Success, Client Services or Account Management experience


• Proven team leadership or mentoring experience


• Strong understanding of digital media, advertising or B2B services


• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills


• Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised


• Experience with CRM and digital platforms
