*Job Overview*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations and guiding a high\-performing customer service team. This role is key to ensuring excellent service delivery while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment for both customers and employees.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, analytical capability, and experience in customer service operations.

*What you will do*

  • Support the Team Manager and assume management duties in their absence;

  • Monitor service performance and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;

  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members;

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to build and maintain a strong team;

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls and resolve escalated or complex customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner;

  • Accurately input sales orders into SAP, process amendments as required, and respond to customer emails.

  • Any other duties as reasonably required
*Skills and experience*
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service supervisory or management role;

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus;

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams;

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management;

  • Experience with SAP systems and order entry processes (desirable).

Pay: From £31,089\.00 per year
