As a Customer Service Specialist – German Speaking, you will be the first point of contact for customers within the German\-speaking market. You are responsible for delivering a high\-quality customer experience and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and in a solution\-oriented manner.
You will work closely with colleagues across customer care, sales, logistics, and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service levels.

- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Processing and following up on customer orders and requests
- Managing complaints and escalations in a professional manner
- Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and operations
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information within internal systems
- Monitoring service levels and customer satisfaction
- Supporting the optimization of customer care processes
- Contributing ideas to improve communication and service delivery

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care, or customer support
- Strong communication skills with a customer\-oriented mindset
- Proactive and solution\-driven attitude
- Accurate and well\-organized administrative skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is considered a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Team player with a hands\-on mentality
- Available for 40 hours per week
