What will you be doing?
We are looking a FULL TIME Customer Service \& Sales Agents as well as PART TIME where you will get to be part of our amazing team in Eindhoven Airport \& Eindhoven City Center. Become our Agent and be the go\-to person for our customers, handling every step of the rental process with enthusiasm. We’re looking for a team player who’s always willing to help, whether it’s assisting customers or keeping our cars in top shape.
Offer customers an outstanding, distinctive journey. Their experience begins with YOU: you represent Enterprise as the first point of contact via phone, e\-mail and face\-to\-face interactions
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract
