What will you be doing? We are looking for Full\-time Customer Service \& Sales Agents.

For this role you get to be part of our amazing Amsterdam teams: Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam City Center (Nassaukade) and Amsterdam Zuidas.
Offer customers an outstanding, distinctive journey. Their experience begins with YOU: you represent Enterprise as the first point of contact via phone, e\-mail and face\-to\-face interactions
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract
