We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, responsible for all aspects of the customer journey. Including quotations, orders and enquires.

The ideal candidate will relish the challenge and excitement if a high growth company and is capable of maximising sales opportunities.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with the Customer Service Manager, responsible creating a working environment dedicated towards helping our staff fulfil their potential.

Be accountable and responsible for;

· Domestic and international sales order processing

· Customer enquiries

· Support with tradeshows and events

· Export document compliance

You will have success here if your skills enable you to;

· Answer all telephone and written enquiries in a polite and professional manner.

· Accurately and efficiently create customer quotations and sales orders

· Support Sales Reps and management with face\-to\-face customer interaction when needed

· Comply with company policies, procedures, values and instructions

· Establishing and developing customer specific requirements

· Apply with all payment compliance guidelines for handling customers’ card details maintaining the customers’ security

· Proactively contact customers via telephone and email in order to promote sales

· Maintain a positive attitude

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This role is full time and fully office based at one of our two offices located in Stoke\-On\-Trent with free on\-site parking. Contracted hours are 40hours per week – working Monday to Friday 8\.30\-5\.00\.

After successfully completing your probation period, you’ll have access to our flexible working hours policy.

Our core office hours are 10:00am–4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–2:00pm on Fridays. Outside of these times, you can flex your start and finish times to suit your schedule, provided your 40 contracted hours per week are completed. Flexible working arrangements are coordinated within the team to ensure customer service coverage and business needs continue to be met.
