Customer Service Representative
Do you have a passion for customer care?
We are a fast\-growing online webshop based in Eindhoven, specializing in Korean skincare and makeup products. We are currently looking for an English\-speaking (French and/or Dutch is a plus) customer care representative to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support is only provided via email and chat (no phone calls)
- Providing excellent customer service to customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and processing customer orders and returns.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and staying informed about the latest trends in skincare and cosmetics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French and/or Dutch is optional.
- Prior customer service experience or education in this field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to working Saturday shifts.
- Able to commute to work in Eindhoven.
- Problem\-solving abilities and a customer\-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with skincare and cosmetics is a plus.

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: €2\.550,00 \- €3\.100,00 per month
