CIRQLR is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to build and lead the customer service operation supporting thousands of collection points across a major new UK recycling programme. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new function from mobilisation through to live service and establish a consistent, customer\-focused operating model.
Key responsibilities
========================
- Build, lead and develop customer service and remote audit teams.
- Manage service enquiries, complaints, disruption communications and issue resolution.
- Oversee mobilisation support and collection point audit activity.
- Establish performance measures, reporting and continuous improvement processes.
- Work closely with regional, logistics and operational teams.

- Proven customer service leadership experience within a multi\-site or operational environment.
- Experience managing regional teams, service recovery and complaints.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem\-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics, waste, recycling, utilities or a similar service\-led sector is desirable.
