As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service \& Logistics Administrator to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the fast\-paced world of pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management.

The Role

Working as part of our Customer Service Team, you will support the day\-to\-day coordination of pharmaceutical shipments, customer communications, and administrative processes. You will receive full training and work closely with experienced logistics professionals in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.

  • Assisting with the booking and coordination of domestic and international shipments.

  • Monitoring shipment progress and providing timely updates to customers.

  • Preparing and maintaining shipment documentation and records.

  • Supporting customs clearance and freight forwarding administration.

  • Liaising with customers, drivers, airlines, handling agents, and suppliers.

  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate operational records.

  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general office administration.

  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Skills \& Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast\-moving environment.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

  • Strong customer service focus and problem\-solving ability.

  • Previous administration, logistics, transport, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
