World Talent Selection is currently recruiting for an international operations project within the mobility and infrastructure sector.
You will join a dynamic international team supporting road users and transport companies across the Netherlands. This role combines customer service, operational support, and revenue\-related responsibilities in a fast\-paced digital environment.

Your Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through digital channels (phone and email), ensuring service clarity, operational efficiency, and revenue compliance.
You will act as a key contact point for transport and logistics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for drivers and transport companies
- Provide information regarding road usage and toll systems
- Support revenue collection processes
- Manage debt communication when applicable
- Ensure clear and professional customer communication
- Contribute to operational and service performance targets
- Fluent (C2\) in Polish with C1 in English
- Strong communication skills
- Customer\-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle structured processes and operational tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced digital environment
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
- Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or administrative roles
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts (24/7 schedule)
- Portuguese employment contract
- 22 days paid holiday per year
