MP Filtri is an engineering product manufacturer and distributor based in Evesham, in a state of the art facility. Due to growth we are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator. The role will join our busy Customer Service team and will be responsible for successfully completing enquiries and orders in a timely manner providing excellent customer service in the process.
Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator are:
- Establish good working relationships with customers; providing regular communication and providing them with the best options based on their needs.
- Action quotes and order on our ERP system in a timely manner. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365\.
- Support the customer if there are any issues with their orders.
- Learn about our products with the training provided.
The Customer Service Coordinator will have:
- Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
- Previous experience within a technical business; that maybe an engineering or manufacturing business.
- Strong communication skills; both verbally and written.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Previous ERP experience; if you have Microsoft Dynamics 365 that is a bonus!
