The Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will:
- Engage with customers face\-to\-face at their locations or within local areas
- Understand individual needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance
- Promote our range of training courses, career programmes and placement opportunities
- Build strong, lasting relationships and deliver a positive, professional experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and update activity logs
- Full\-time/part time availability (Mon–Fri)
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with new people
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Happy working independently and travelling locally
- Full training and clear progression paths

- Choice of pay: uncapped earnings £38,000\+ OR £12\.21 per hour \+ commissions (OTE £28,000\)
Pay: £24,420\.00\-£38,788\.84 per year
