The Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will:

• Engage with customers face\-to\-face at their locations or within local areas


• Understand individual needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance


• Promote our range of training courses, career programmes and placement opportunities


• Build strong, lasting relationships and deliver a positive, professional experience


• Maintain accurate customer records and update activity logs

• Full\-time/part time availability (Mon–Fri)


• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with new people


• Positive, proactive and eager to learn


• Happy working independently and travelling locally

• Choice of pay: uncapped earnings £38,000\+ OR £12\.21 per hour \+ commissions (OTE £28,000\)

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£38,788\.84 per year
