We are hiring for a Customer Service Booking Administrator on behalf of a Logistics company.
This role is full-time, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, fully office based, working hours of 8.30 am – 5.30 pm. This is an initial 12 month FTC.
Main responsibility – Key account (one customer) rating, rate checking, and invoicing
- Rating all jobs in screen making sure they have any ancillaries that are needed.
- Checking weekly RCNs for any queries.
- Checking wasted charges.
- Resolve any queries.
- Weekly invoicing making sure nothing outstanding.
- Review and send credits.
- Rate screen maintenance.
- Oversee mailbox.
- Monitor mailbox and make sure everything is replied to / actioned in a timely manner.
- Participate in next day administration tasks in a timely manner – pin checking, call overs, chasing any missing info.
- Participate in all day-to-day administration activities including, actioning emails, speaking to customers, distributing emails to correct people.
- Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between CS department and customers / rest of company.
- Participate in basic administration jobs such as answering telephone calls, data input & arranging meetings.
- Liaise with support teams to solve any IT or system issues that affect your team.
- Holiday cover as needed.
- Driving license and own transport due to office location.
- Strong IT skills - knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Be willing to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good punctuation and attendance.
