Customer Service Advisor/Sales Assistant
The Role
We are an Independent stairlift company, with over 14 years trading history in the lift \& mobility sector.
This is an attractive opportunity for someone who possesses a strong ability to aid us with our continued growth. You will join our existing admin team and be responsible for generating Appointments for our Field Based consultants and general office \& sales duties.
We also have an internal personal training programme, whereby we encourage our team to have career goals such has progression to leadership or management.
Your role will involve calling various new \& existing customers throughout our company’s service area promoting our products and services.
You should be articulate, possess strong communication skills and have an ambition to succeed, with the ability to handle objections and rejection constructively.
A high level of energy is crucial, with a drive to overachieving target, but you should also have an ambitious career attitude with a view to achieving long term career goals, whilst noting we also want a team player who works well in a positive manner with other Team Members.
Minimum Experience Required
- Candidates should have some office admin, customer service and telephone experience training will be provided.
- To contact all types of businesses \& customers on a daily basis and make appointments
- To ensure all appointments are made following the criteria set out by the company
- To promote stairlift repairs, servicing \& extended warranties.
- To achieve/exceed individual appointment targets set out by the Business Manager
- To provide effective day to day support for field sales consultants and customers
- To achieve/exceed individual KPI targets set out by the Business Manager
- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
- Driven and self\-motivated and persuasive
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
- The ability to work under pressure
