Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer\-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.


• Provide accurate information about products and services.


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.


• Process orders, returns, and account updates.


• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.


• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex enquiries.


• Meet individual and team performance targets.


• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Good computer skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
