Customer Service Advisor

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!
We are looking for a competent Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to our clients. Through professional and efficient administration tasks you will navigate a customers account to provide them with a first class experience, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for the customer and the business. By working as a team and utilising other departments knowledge you'll build on your own personal development understanding the customers needs.
Shift Patterns include, 8am\-4pm, 9am\-5pm and 10am\-6pm which will rotate throughout the week.

*Key Requirements:*
- Have experience of working in a customer focused environment either over the phone or face to face.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work to deadlines and can multitask.
- Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile
- Must be able to build rapport with customers on the telephone.
- Have a great telephone manner
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers
- Ensure all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding the customers account
- Respond to customers emails effectively and efficiently
- Liaise with other departments across the business
- Regularly update customers with new information relating to their account
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email and letter
- Maintain customer files in line with Company policy
- In the absence of the Customer Service Manager liaise with external agencies, I.E Trading standards, Alternative Dispute Resolution services and the Furniture \& Home improvement ombudsman
- Assist with administration duties
- Monitor and record customer complaints
- Action requests given by the Customer Service Manager
- Any other duties as deemed necessary
Location: Droitwich
Job Type: Full\-time
Hours of work: 35h/week \- Monday to Friday rotating shifts 8:00am \- 4:00pm, 9:00am\-5:00pm and 10:00am \- 6:00pm with 1h unpaid lunch break. Possibly 1 Saturday a month 9am\-2pm paid as overtime
Salary: £24,508\.00
