Location: Morley, Leeds \| Full Time \| Temporary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and fast\-paced pallet network transport company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong skills who wants to thrive in a logistics or transport environment.
About the Role:
This role is temporary and will be a minimum of 6 months but may also be extended.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join an existing team of 7 Customer Service advisors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. Your ability to work under pressure, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong communication across departments will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
· Collaborate with the transport team, warehouse team, and sales to ensure smooth delivery service.
· Requirements:
· Experience in a Transport customer service role
· Excellent communication, organisational, and problem\-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-moving environment
· Strong IT skills.
· Positive, team\-oriented approach with a can\-do attitude
Contract Details:
Hours: Full\-time, Monday–Friday 08\.00 \- 17\.00 / 09\.00\-18\.00
