Customer Service Advisor - European Language Speaker Maidstone (Hybrid)
£26,500 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor fluent in a European language to join our growing team based in Maidstone.
The Role This is a hybrid position, with:
- 1 day per week in the office (Maidstone)
- 4 days working from home
Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide support in your native/target European language and English
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
