Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour / Salary: £25, 445
Hours: 37.5 per week (rotational shifts between 7am-7pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start date: ASAP
Hybrid: 1 weekday and 1 weekend day working from home

We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join one of the UK’s leading logistics companies, based in Middleton (M24). You’ll be at the heart of our operation — the friendly voice that keeps our customers happy and everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- First point of contact for all incoming queries
- Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email and live chat
- Resolving queries quickly and efficiently
- Responding to driver queries
- Processing orders with precision and care
- Working closely with our operations team to meet customer needs
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A flexible approach — weekend availability is a must
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
We’re open from 7am-7pm, and you’ll work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including weekends. You will have the flexibility to work 1 weekday and 1 weekend day from home.
Typical shifts include:
- 7am-3pm
- 8am-4pm
- 9am-5pm
- 10am-6pm
- 11am-7pm
