Contract Type: Permanent (Full\-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, working 7\.5hr shifts between 7am\-5pm – will potentially change to rotating shifts of 7am\-3pm \+ 9am\-5pm

We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support to our customers, ensuring all enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Support with the E\-Comm go live

  • Manage the case management system

  • Record all complaints

  • Compile a daily tracker and deviations, ensuring trends and CI are maintained

  • Ensure that all customer deliveries requiring booking slots are booked in advance

  • Monitor all Customer collections and work collaboratively with the transport team

  • Providing a full analysis and investigations of all complaints, failed deliveries POD Queries

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment

  • Confident using IT systems and handling data accurately

  • Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
