*Monday – Friday 8\.00am – 5\.00pm (must be able to work weekends when cover is needed)*
We are a growing Transport Company seeking a dependable and organised Customer Service \& Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast\-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about providing great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Record P.O.D’s and relay information back to Customers
· Provide administrative support to the transport team
· Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role advantage, but not essential
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience in the transport or logistics sector is an advantage, but not essential
