\- Your Mission

You will re\-engage former customers, understand their needs, and win them back through a consultative and sales\-driven approach.

This role combines sales \+ customer experience, with a strong focus on performance and conversion.

\- What you’ll do

• Contact former customers via phone, email, and chat


• Identify reasons for churn and overcome objections


• Promote tailored offers and close sales


• Deliver a high\-quality, personalized customer experience


• Achieve individual and team targets


• Work in a dynamic international environment

\- Who we’re looking for

• C2 in Dutch/Flemish


• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)


• Strong communication \& persuasion skills


• Sales\-driven mindset with a results\-oriented attitude


• Ability to handle objections and close deals


• Resilient, motivated, and confident

• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Dutch/Flemish (C1/2\) (Required)


• English C1 (Required)

License/Certification:

• Work permit in Portugal (Required)

Work Location: In person
