Customer Sales Representative

Join our friendly, supportive team in Barton\-upon\-Humber and help existing customers get more from our service. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, uncapped commission and the reassurance of no cold calling.

Previous sales experience is not essential. If you’re confident, customer\-focused and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training and ongoing support you need to succeed.

The Role

Contacting existing customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products that help them get more from our service.

Hours and Contracts

Choose from part\-time and full\-time contracts designed to fit a range of circumstances and lifestyles.

Available weekly contracts:

· 20 hours

· 28 hours

· 32 hours

· 36 hours

· 40 hours

Call centre opening hours:

· Monday–Thursday: 09:00–19:00

· Friday: 09:00–16:00

· Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Training and Support

You’ll be supported from day one. During your first four weeks, you’ll learn about our systems, products and customer service approach.

Training will progress at a pace that suits you. If you feel ready, you may begin taking calls sooner, with ongoing coaching as you settle into the role.
