You’ll be joining our Tech and Transformation team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Your future, your role

As Project Manager, you’ll be:

  • Managing and coordinating a variety of customer and practice projects to increase the adoption of digital technologies to increase customer self service and optimise practice operations.

  • Ensuring the benefits are realised through the increase of online self service, in practice self service, AI and automation and use of data insights to drive business growth.

  • Working with the programme governance team to ensure accurate risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are tracked, maintained and valuated where required .

  • Ensure the projects have detailed business cases with known costs and benefits

  • Provide strong cost management and financial control of all risks, issues and measuring plans vs actual and a forecast.

  • You will need 3\+ years working in projects/programme management, ideally in a health care, retail or multisite environment
