Job description
You will join a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment based in Herentals, where ownership, accuracy and the ability to prioritize are key to success. As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between customers, logistics partners and internal departments such as production, planning and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a daily point of contact for customers, internal departments and logistics partners
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP
- Monitor and follow up deliveries, collections and transportation activities
- Ensure the correct administrative processing of orders and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with transport companies regarding deliveries, documentation and timelines
- Handle customer complaints, issues and deviations in a professional and transparent manner
- Align customer orders with production, planning and sales teams
- Provide administrative support related to invoicing and credit notes
- Contribute to the smooth flow of customer service and logistics operations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality within the system
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and well organized professional who enjoys working in an operational environment and can easily switch between different priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination or supply chain support is a strong asset
- Customer oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP is mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during busy periods
- Team player with a hands on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
- Flexible, adaptable and open to change
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
