Customer Operations Assistant (fixed term)
We are looking for a reliable and hands\-on Customer Operations Assistant to join our team on a 10\-month fixed\-term basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, staying organised, and helping ensure day to day operations fun smoothly.
You will provide practical support across a range of customer operations activities, assisting the admissions, delivery and assessment teams with administration, customer queries, internal coordination and general operational task.
We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in where needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Support all of customer operations with daily admin and operation tasks
· Respond to customer enquires via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner
· Process learner enrolments, updates and customer requests accurately
· Work with the team to resolve customer queries
· Assist with the assessment processes
· Support general team coordination and provide ad hoc assistance where required
· Contribute to maintain a positive customer experience
Skills and Experience
· Previous administrative, operations or customer support role
· Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
· Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Terms and Conditions:
Working week Flexible hours between 9am – 5pm up to 37 hour working week
Annual leave 26 days annual leave per annum based on a 37\-hour week (plus bank holidays) pro\-rated to working hours
Location: Office\-based, in Solihull.
