Customer Operations Advisor
Aston, Birmingham (On-site)
£14.56 – £15.38 per hour
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Aston, Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support day-to-day operations within a factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in incoming stock accurately
- Receiving goods and ensuring documentation is correct
- Stock checking and maintaining inventory records
- Managing and tracking outstanding orders
- Supporting smooth operational flow across the department
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers where required
- Strong computer skills, including confidence using internal systems
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar operations, logistics, or warehouse role is desirable
- Competitive hourly rate
