We're looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can turn customer insight into measurable growth.
This is a high-impact role with ownership of the end-to-end marketing funnel across multiple markets.

- Full marketing lifecycle: acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention, expansion and win-back
- A data-led funnel strategy that improves conversion and accelerates pipeline
- Activation of customer insight, behaviour and feedback (incl. NPS)
- Cross-sell and retention programmes that drive commercial impact
- Alignment of lifecycle strategy across regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and teams on the delivery of campaigns and analysis
- 7+ years in Marketing (B2B) - lifecycle, demand gen, growth
- Previous broad B2B customer lifecycle marketing experience is essential for this role
- A solid track record of success and results in B2B marketing - professional services would be an advantage
- Experience leading on marketing strategy
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Growth teams
- A track record of turning insight into action and results
- £60k - £70k
