Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to oversee customer service operations, drive client satisfaction strategies, and enhance service delivery performance. The role includes leading support teams, managing customer engagement programs, and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer experience, hospitality operations, or client services leadership

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Knowledge of customer service operations, CRM platforms, and service improvement programs

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred

Pay: £96,000\.00\-£150,000\.00 per year
