Key responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients—ensuring their day\-to\-day logistics activities run smoothly and meet their expectations.
You will focus on understanding each customer’s business, supporting their operational needs, and delivering a consistent, high\-quality service experience.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Building strong, long\-term relationships with key clients and understanding their business priorities
- Acting as a trusted partner and main contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain—from booking to delivery
- Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing any disruptions or delays
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met
- Supporting onboarding of new customers and ensuring a seamless start to their experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
- We are looking for
Furthermore, you:
- Have experience in a customer\-facing role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution\-oriented mindset
- Show an interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery
- This position is offered on a 12\-month fixed\-term contract basis.
