This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Global Customer Data \& Personalization Project Specialist in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, or in Madrid, Spain with Signify. Both locations are possible.

In this role, you’ll be part of the ‘Digital Experience and Platforms Center of Excellence’. The team is responsible for developing and implementing the global omnichannel and personalization strategy and capabilities across all related subdomains, including data collection, customer data platforms, and journey activation capabilities for both B2C and B2B brands.

You’ll be part of the Digital Experience and Platforms Center of Excellence, a team responsible for delivering global omnichannel and personalization initiatives across brands and markets. In this role, your primary focus will be project management and delivery of customer data and personalization initiatives, while working closely with the product owners your team and others like marketing, IT, privacy, and external partners.

  • You’ll lead and coordinate global projects related to customer data, personalization, and marketing technology enablement.

  • You’ll translate business requirements into clear project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

  • You’ll validate the business and technical feasibility of initiatives to ensure alignment with existing architecture and roadmaps.

  • You’ll manage cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure on\-time and on\-quality delivery of initiatives.

  • You’ll support the rollout of customer data platform (CDP), marketing automation, and personalization use cases across regions and business verticals.

  • You’ll contribute to the execution of personalization and data strategies by coordinating implementation activities across touchpoints.

  • You’ll ensure project execution follows established governance, delivery standards, and processes in collaboration with Business Process Excellence (BPE).

  • You’ll track progress, report status, and escalate risks or dependencies when needed.
More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • A university degree in Marketing or Business would be ideal, but being a Tech\-savvy Marketer is the most important requirement for this role.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing, customer data, or MarTech environments.

  • You have a solid functional understanding of the MarTech landscape, with exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, and personalization tools.

  • You have experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders in a global, complex organization.

  • You are comfortable translating business needs into structured delivery plans and actionable tasks.

  • Understanding customer data concepts, data flows, and dependencies between digital platforms. Experience working with technologies such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, or similar is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (spoken \& written) are required.

  • You are structured, delivery\-oriented, and confident in managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
