What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Assistant / Trainee Sales, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey – delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive, right through to handing over to the sales team. It’s more than just a support role – it’s your gateway to a career in automotive sales.

✅Welcome and engage customers professionally and warmly.

✅Assist visitors in navigating the site and finding their vehicle(s) of interest.

✅Handle front desk duties and respond to customer enquiries.

✅Arrange and coordinate test drives.

✅Support the sales process, including part exchange admin and customer follow\-ups.

✅Represent the business with high standards in personal appearance, punctuality, and attitude.

What We’re Looking For

✅We’re looking for a people\-person with a can\-do attitude and a passion for helping others. You’ll bring:

✅Face\-to\-face customer service experience

✅Strong communication and listening skills

✅A full UK driving licence

✅Confidence using IT systems

✅Friendly, approachable, and well\-presented demeanour

✅Motivation, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly

✅ (Desirable) NVQ or equivalent in customer service

✅ (Desirable) Experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom environments
