Role Description:
Hozah is seeking a full\-time, on\-site Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Croydon. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered. You will maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and collaborate closely with other departments to address client and customer concerns efficiently.

Duties to include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email

  • Provide clear, professional, and timely resolutions to customer issues

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow\-up
Essential:
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role (required)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem\-solving abilities and keen attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment

  • Proficiency in professional email communication and customer service etiquette

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Jira is desirable
