Job Overview
As our Customer Account \& Operations Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to keep both our customer accounts and day\-to\-day production operations running smoothly. Working closely with our Account Managers, you’ll support everything from documentation and communication with the customer to ensuring processes are followed accurately.
This is a varied role where you’ll also support the wider operation, including the factory and warehouse, giving you great exposure across the business. If you enjoy being organised, staying busy, and playing an important role within a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit.
Duties
Account Support
- Support Account Managers with the day\-to\-day coordination of customer accounts
- Process and manage all customer documentation, such as delivery notes, collections, and disposals
- Maintain accurate and well\-organised filing systems
- Assist with sample shipments and customer\-related admin
- Prepare and issue pick lists
- Support label approvals and product specifications
- Assist with stock takes, reject disposals and support with audit processes
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and available for Factory and Warehouse use
- Scheduling Deliveries/Collections
- Monitor Operations Inbox
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience supporting customer accounts or account management
- Background in manufacturing, production, or co\-packing environments

- Standard hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, however some flexibility can be considered for the right candidate
Pay: £13\.50 per hour
