A new and exciting job opportunity has arrived at Peanut \& Pickle. We are looking for some new faces to join our team! Our open roles at this time are for Customer Account Manager.

Peanut \& Pickle is founded off our very own bulldogs. Our passion for pets have led us to create formulas that are not only kind to our pets but also our planet. Our goal is to provide the highest of quality skincare for our best friends.

At Peanut \& Pickle, we're not just making dog shampoo, conditioners and perfumes, we're helping dog groomers across the UK.

Launched with love and a serious passion for dogs, we're a vegan, cruelty\-free, palm\-free, family\-run business that's building serious momentum. Our natural, plant\-based products are flying off the shelves and now we're looking for an enthusiastic account manager to help fuel the next exciting chapter.

What you'll be doing:
\- Building brilliant relationships with our stockists, groomers, and wholesale partners
\- Spotting new opportunities to get Peanut \& Pickle into more salons, retailers, and online platforms

\- Head hunting new stockist's to join the Peanut \& Pickle Family.
\- Managing orders and customer queries
\- Working closely with the team to share feedback from the field and help shape new products
\- Supporting our growth plans, from trade shows and events to creative outreach ideas

What we're looking for:
\- A genuine dog lover who gets excited about great grooming products
\- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
\- Organised, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves in a small, fast\-moving team
\- Previous account management, sales, or customer service experience is a big bonus but if you're bright, enthusiastic, and quick to learn, we’d love to hear from you anyway!

The hours are 9am \- 5pm Monday to Friday. The job will require you to be on site at our Congleton Site located at Riverside Offices Congleton.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
