Customer Account Manager
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised and personable Customer Account Manager to support our Sales Team.

You’ll work directly with our existing customers \- resellers, installers, service providers and integrators \- to grow relationships, identify opportunities and drive repeat business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support \& Grow Existing Accounts: Build relationships with our customers to understand their goals, challenges and buying patterns, to be able to offer smart ways to drive more value
- Drive Revenue from Within: Spot upsell and cross\-sell opportunities, using insight and initiative to grow accounts strategically
- Proactively Engage Through Sales Calls \- Carry out regular, value\-driven sales calls to understand evolving customer needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long\-term partnerships.
- Think Commercially: Use internal dashboards, Excel / Google Sheets, and customer feedback to track performance, identify trends, and inform your outreach approach
- Collaborate Internally: Work with our external sales, support, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers
- A Bright, Curious Mindset: You learn fast, ask great questions, and understand people
- Confidence \& Clarity: You communicate well \- whether it’s on the phone, over email, or in person
