We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised and personable Customer Account Manager to support our Sales Team.

If you're eager to launch your career in sales and account management, this is your chance to get hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced, tech\-forward business. You’ll work directly with our existing customers \- resellers, installers, service providers and integrators \- to grow relationships, identify opportunities and drive repeat business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support \& Grow Existing Accounts: Build relationships with our customers to understand their goals, challenges and buying patterns, to be able to offer smart ways to drive more value

  • Drive Revenue from Within: Spot upsell and cross\-sell opportunities, using insight and initiative to grow accounts strategically

  • Proactively Engage Through Sales Calls \- Carry out regular, value\-driven sales calls to understand evolving customer needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long\-term partnerships.

  • Think Commercially: Use internal dashboards, Excel / Google Sheets, and customer feedback to track performance, identify trends, and inform your outreach approach

  • Collaborate Internally: Work with our external sales, support, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers
