We're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional with main dealer experience to join our dynamic team at Gloucester CUPRA. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the industry's most innovative and fastest\-growing brands while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As a CUPRA Specialist / sales executive, you'll be the face of the brand, creating memorable customer experiences and helping customers discover vehicles that perfectly suit their lifestyle and aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating sales opportunities for both new and approved used vehicles.
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a premium, personalised buying experience.
- Guiding customers through every stage of the sales journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable vehicle and ownership solution.
- Following a structured and professional sales process to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proactively managing and following up customer enquiries and leads.
- Working towards and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous main dealer automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of selling both new and used vehicles.
- Experience working within a highly focused and structured sales environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and build rapport quickly.
- A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, customer\-facing environment.
- A genuine passion for performance vehicles, motorsport, or the CUPRA brand.
- A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
