About the role
Wiltshire Police is seeking an experienced and passionate Culture \& Inclusion People Partner to help drive positive organisational change, strengthen workforce culture and ensure we continue to deliver a fair, inclusive and high\-performing service for our communities.
This is a unique opportunity to influence culture at a strategic level whilst working closely with leaders, staff networks, operational teams, community partners and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.
As a key member of the Culture \& Inclusion Team, you will support the delivery of our Culture, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and play a leading role in embedding inclusive practices across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Act as the organisation’s subject matter expert on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Lead and coordinate strategic programmes including the Police Race Action Plan and Culture \& Inclusion Maturity Matrix.
- Support compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Equality Duty.
- Provide specialist advice and challenge to senior leaders and managers.
- Lead the development and implementation of Equality Impact Assessments.
- Work with staff networks, community groups and partners to improve trust, confidence and belonging.
- Deliver meaningful insights through workforce data analysis and reporting.
- Manage and develop the Culture \& Inclusion, Positive Action and Multi\-Faith Chaplaincy teams.
- Deputise for the Head of Culture \& Inclusion where required.
- Significant experience delivering equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives within a complex organisation.
- CIPD level 5 qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty and associated legislation.
- Experience of developing organisational strategies, action plans and performance measures.
- Experience leading Equality Impact Assessments and managing organisational risk.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight and action.
