CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: On\-site (UK)
Team: Customer Operations (supporting both Customer Service, Order Processing \& Transport) / Logistics
Hours: 08:00 \- 17:00

We’re looking for a sharp, resilient and solutions\-focused Customer Service Representative to join our busy Customer Operations team. This is a full time role working as part of a small, high\-impact team keeping customers informed, orders flowing, and delivery issues under control.

You’ll be hands\-on with systems, orders, phones, and drivers — everything from processing orders, returns, customer queries, tracking.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming customer queries (phone, email, etc.) and resolve issues promptly


• Process customer orders accurately into our systems


• Create and manage returns, liaising with customers and warehouse teams


• Provide delivery updates and ETA info to customers


• Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to resolve real\-time delivery issues


• Log, track and follow up on problems until they’re fully resolved

• Solid admin/operations background, ideally in a customer\-facing role


• Strong attention to detail — errors cause problems


• Confident communicator, written and verbal — you’ll be customer\-facing and team\-facing


• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks


• Proactive mindset — you solve the problem, not just pass it on


• Comfortable using systems (ERP, transport platforms, Excel — or ready to learn fast)

Pay: £12\.70\-£13\.70 per hour
