As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding homeowners through the process of investing in solar and battery storage solutions.
Working with company\-generated enquiries and qualified leads, you'll conduct consultations, assess customer requirements, and provide tailored recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and earning substantial commission through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with homeowners interested in renewable energy solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of Solar PV and Battery Storage
- Present tailored quotations
- Follow up leads and quotations professionally
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- Work closely with surveyors, designers, and installation teams
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Build long\-term customer relationships and generate referrals
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self\-motivated and target\-driven mindset
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Solar PV and Battery Storage sales experience
- Renewable energy industry experience
- CRM experience
- In\-home sales experience
