• Previous Credit Control / Collections experience


• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone


• Strong communication skills and a professional approach


• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping


• Ability to pick things up quickly and work at pace


• Available to start at short notice

A hands\-on collections role rather than a full end\-to\-end accounts receivable position — previous experience in high\-volume credit control would be ideal.
