Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 6pm with 1 hours unpaid break

Williams Lea seeks a Creative Project Manager to join our team!

Purpose of role
As a Project Manager, you will be the link between our financial clients and our internal Creative team. You will drive the day\-to\-day execution, tracking, and optimization of large\-scale Creative Services projects—ranging from high\-stakes financial pitch decks to dynamic marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and production teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Foster exceptional, proactive client relations by providing transparent updates on project milestones and status.
- Coordinate, set, and lead relevant client meetings as well as internal production and status calls.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initial estimation and scoping through to scheduling, job tracking, and quality control (QC).
- Input and manage project specifications accurately within our job management software, ensuring proper prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Maintain the master schedule for all project activities, monitoring progress and swiftly adapting plans when project requirements shift.
- Track and report on quality metrics, collaborating with clients to deliver best\-in\-class design services that drive brand loyalty.
- Jump in to assist the workflow with smaller, fast\-turnaround jobs as needed.
- Train and mentor junior team members on internal processes, tools, and systems.
- Degree in a related field and 5\+ years of professional experience in project management (Creative Services, Agency, or corporate marketing environments preferred).
- Experience working in a financial environment preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high\-volume, fast\-paced, and globally distributed environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for resource optimization, handling shifting variables, and delivering strategic solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can seamlessly tailor your style to fit your audience, whether presenting to high\-level executives or collaborating with designers.
- High proficiency in project management software and standard technical tools across both Mac and Windows platforms.
