Creative Producer
About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, entrepreneurial and mission\-driven individual to become the driving force behind our content and impact projects.
We already have an in\-house videographer and video editor (this isn't what we need).
What we're looking for is someone who can dream up extraordinary ideas, find incredible stories, organise productions, coordinate shoots and help us create content that genuinely changes lives whilst reaching millions of people online.
Think MD Motivator, Jimmy Darts, MrBeast philanthropy, MurphsLife and other creators who combine storytelling, impact and entertainment.
You will be responsible for turning ideas into reality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing viral content concepts, campaigns and series
- Constantly researching trends, formats and topics that are performing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Identifying opportunities to create content that reaches millions whilst making a genuine impact
- Finding powerful human\-interest stories and compelling individuals to feature
- Researching and sourcing individuals, families, businesses and organisations for content projects
- Planning, organising and coordinating content shoots from start to finish
- Working closely with our videographer and editor to ensure content is executed at the highest standard
- Creating production schedules, content calendars and shoot plans
- Managing content projects from idea through to publication
- Publishing and distributing content across multiple platforms
- Analysing content performance, audience behaviour and engagement metrics
- Identifying what's working, what's not and continuously optimising content strategy
- Turning successful content into repeatable systems, series and campaigns
- Building relationships with charities, community organisations, partners and key contacts
- Bringing fresh ideas, energy and creativity to the business every single week
- Working directly with the founder to execute ambitious content and impact projects
- Taking ownership of growing reach, engagement, audience and brand awareness across all social platforms

Experience
We are less interested in qualifications and more interested in results.
You may have experience in:
- YouTube production
- Documentary filmmaking
- Reality television
- Social media viral content production
- Influencer marketing
- Creative direction
- Content strategy

- You are looking for a standard 9\-5 role (this role NEEDS flexibility, often working weekends and evenings)
