Little Green Jesus is a creative branding, web and marketing agency in Leeds. We work with a varied roster of clients, from architecture and golf to hospitality and beyond, and we care about one thing above all: work that actually stands out.

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who can do the lot. Capture great video, cut it into content that stops the scroll, run our clients' social accounts, write words that land, and bring ideas to the table that make the work better. This is not an order\-taking, post\-scheduling job. We want someone who thinks.

What you'll do

• Capture video content on location and at client events, the footage that makes a great reel


• Edit it into sharp, story\-led social video and reels


• Concept posts and carousels across a range of client brands, briefing our design team to bring them to life


• Write the words too: captions, and the odd blog or newsletter


• Run the day\-to\-day across a portfolio of client social accounts: planning, posting, community, scheduling


• Bring ideas and help shape campaigns: what to post, what'll land, how to grow each account


• Curate and make the most of content clients send your way


• Watch what's working and use it to sharpen the next thing


• Pitch in on email and wider digital marketing as projects call for it

• 2 to 4 years in social, content or creative marketing, running accounts yourself


• A portfolio of content you've shot and edited, this matters most


• A creative head that brings ideas, not just delivers a brief


• Sharp writing: you can find a brand's voice and make captions land


• Able to brief a creative team clearly and get great work out of them


• Comfortable working across multiple client brands and staying on\-brand


• Confident across the main platforms and on top of what works right now


• Organised enough to juggle several clients without dropping a ball


• Full driving licence and own car (you'll be out capturing on location)

• Paid social experience (Meta, Google), a real plus


• Graphic design or motion skills (handy, though the team's got this covered)


• Agency background

• A proper four\-day week. Monday to Thursday. Every weekend is three days


• £20 to £22 an hour, depending on experience


• Real creative freedom, and your ideas actually heard


• A small, talented team and varied, genuinely interesting clients


• An office with people in it, a dog, and zero corporate nonsense
