About the role:

We are partnering with a leading FMCG client to hire a talented & established Creative Duo (Art Director + Copywriter) with experience in an advertising agency environment and exposure to major brands.
We’re looking for a creative duo that instinctively understands how Gen Z communicates - fluent in their language, in tune with their cultural references, and able to connect with them authentically as equals. You’ll have a deep understanding of digital culture, staying ahead of trends, memes, and emerging formats, and know how to translate these into relevant, impactful ideas, strategies, and content.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of around 20 people, working in a fast-paced studio environment where agility, creativity, and attention to detail are key.

What you need to be great in this role:

<li>Proven agency experience, including client-facing responsibilities</li>
<li>Strong ability to ideate and execute creative concepts, particularly for social media</li>
<li>Experience developing content across social, newsletters, and internal communications</li>
</ul>
Copywriter:
<ul>
<li>Skilled in crafting compelling, platform-native copy and creative concepts</li>
<li>Ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences</li>
</ul>
Art Director:
<ul>
<li>Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools</li>
</ul>
For both:
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats</li>
<li>Ability to work within and adhere to brand guidelines</li>
<li>Confidence presenting ideas to clients</li>
<li>Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience working across multilingual projects is a plus</li>
<li>A strong portfolio demonstrating your impact across the full creative process - from brief to delivery</li>
