About the Role

Basehandicrafts ApS is seeking a detail\-oriented and creatively driven Crafts Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and quality control of handcrafted production processes. The role is central to ensuring that our handcrafted products meet design standards, production timelines, and the company’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily craft production activities between artisans, suppliers, and internal teams


• Translate design concepts into clear production instructions for handmade goods


• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of orders and project milestones


• Maintain consistent quality control across all handcrafted items


• Source and manage raw materials in collaboration with procurement


• Support artisans with technical guidance and troubleshooting during production


• Document production processes and maintain updated records of batches and materials


• Collaborate with design and product development teams on prototypes and new collections


• Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing standards

Requirements

• Experience in handicrafts, artisan production, design coordination, or similar field


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Good understanding of handmade production techniques and materials


• Ability to communicate clearly with both creative and operational teams


• Attention to detail and strong quality awareness


• Proficiency in basic documentation and workflow tracking tools


• English proficiency required; Danish is an advantage
