CQC Consultant - Mock Inspector

<p>Liquid Personnel are seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.</p>
<p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong></p>
<p>The successful candidate will conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, quality reviews, and provide practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and outstanding care standards.</p>
<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks</li>
<li>Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services</li>
<li>Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
</ul>
