<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brands </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">by spearheading strategic marketing initiatives. Responsible for enquiry generation, customer </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">retention, and ensuring alignment with OEM requirements, you will serve as the primary link </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">between the marketing team and OEM representatives. Your role will involve creating </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">comprehensive marketing plans, effectively briefing these into the marketing team, and closely </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">monitoring performance metrics to optimise results.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Marketing Planning:</span></strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create detailed and effective marketing plans for assigned brands, outlining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and appropriate channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create Marketing messages and campaigns in line with FCA and ASA regulations, in collaboration with Lookers Compliance teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strategically allocate budgets across different elements of marketing plans, maintaining a balance between effectiveness and cost efficiency.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Briefing and Collaboration:</span></strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Performance Monitoring:</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You will have relevant marketing experience gained from a similar fast paced environment, with a genuine interest in automotives and our industry.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You'll have a creative and commercial flair and have prior demonstrable experience in campaign building and multi-channel marketing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills: written and verbal; possess strong negotiation skills and, be able to influence key stakeholders.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You'll be well organised, adaptable, and quick to respond. You'll be a pro at working to tight deadlines and budgets.</span></p>
